WWE SmackDown Live has moved to FOX (United States) and been rebranded as WWE Friday Night SmackDown. To start afresh, completely, WWE orchestrated another draft to freshen their product and decided to include actors as USA Network (WWE Monday Night Raw's broadcaster in the United States) & FOX Executives in what has to be the most cringeworthy-looking warrooms in history.
The rules of the WWE Draft were the most overly-complicated in the organisation's history.
Last night on Raw, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon-Levesque announced the individual draftees - as she did on the SmackDown previously - and by the end of the episode emanating from Denver, Colorado, the WWE had completely new rosters for their main programmes.

These were the only televised draft announcements. Following the Friday 11 October 2019 edition of SmackDown a further eight off-air selections were made (presumably to match the amount done on Raw).
