WWE SmackDown Live has moved to FOX (United States) and been rebranded as WWE Friday Night SmackDown. To start afresh, completely, WWE orchestrated another draft to freshen their product and decided to include actors as USA Network (WWE Monday Night Raw's broadcaster in the United States) & FOX Executives in what has to be the most cringeworthy-looking warrooms in history.
The rules of the WWE Draft were the most overly-complicated in the organisation's history.
Last night on Raw, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon-Levesque announced the individual draftees - as she did on the SmackDown previously - and by the end of the episode emanating from Denver, Colorado, the WWE had completely new rosters for their main programmes.

These were the only televised draft announcements. Following the Friday 11 October 2019 edition of SmackDown a further eight off-air selections were made (presumably to match the amount done on Raw).
These are as follows...
The remaining undrafted WWE Superstars are now Free Agents and can sign to any brand they choose.
The remaining Superstars are:
Where The McMahons will place the rest is unclear however the three former World Champions in the mix, they would certainly have a legitimate gripe with the ill-treatment in later weeks.
It is with sadness that Informing Britain reports the passing of RIck Bognar - who had a brief stint in WWE as Razor Ramon during the year 1996 - at the age of 49.
Bognar was drafted in by Jim Ross to replace Scott Hall as Razor Ramon when Hall's contract expired and subsequently went to WCW along with Kevin "Diesel" Nash.
Prior to WWE, Bognar had success in Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling, winning their now defunct Brass Knuckles Heavyweight Title. He, also, became FMW Brass Knuckles Tag Team Champion along with Mike Awesome (who wrestled under the name The Gladiator).
Officially, Bognar died on Friday 20 September 2019, however it has emerged today - Saturday 28 September 2019 - that he has died. It was announced by Bognar's brother, Kenneth Bognar.
As of press time, Bognar's death - according to reports - has been confirmed as "unexplained". It is unlikely any further information will be given subsequently.

Eva Marie (real name Natalie Marie Coyle) has announced she has left the World Wrestling Entertainment as of yesterday, Friday 4 August 2017, after 4 tremendous years with the company.
The All Red Everything superstar was suspended back in August 2016 and never returned on television on her brand in which she was contracted for, SmackDown Live, since her suspension.
On Thursday 18 August, Natalie Marie Coyle was suspended after failing WWE's wellness policy. She was due to compete in a 6 women tag team match, three days later, at that year's SummerSlam event but was replaced by a returning Nikki Bella.
The United Kingdom WWE twitter announced the following regarding Eva Marie's departure.
Natalie confirmed this with a tweet of her own.
Over the past few weeks on WWE Monday Night Raw, the Royal Rumble Match has been spoken about as are the announced participants.
The Royal Rumble Match is limited to 30 WWE Superstars this year so everyone on both WWE Monday Night Raw & WWE SmackDown Live rosters will be hoping for a spot to start the road to WWE WrestleMania.
However, instead of giving slots to more well deserving men on their roster, they give away not one but THREE positions to part timers who only appear on WWE programming at sporadic times throughout the year.
I'm talking about; Brock Lesnar, Bill Goldberg & The Undertaker.
None of the three men have done anything of significance in WWE this year to justify their spot in the 30 Man Royal Rumble Match.
Lets hope the other 27 men in the match stand up for themselves and eliminate Brock Lesnar, Bill Goldberg & The Undertaker en-masse.
Vince McMahon wants to promote this year's Royal Rumble with the tagline "Remember The Rumble" - how about remembering the people who actually kept your company alive over the past 12 months - and that certainly doesn't include Brock Lesnar, Bill Goldberg or The Undertaker.
