Inside the building, Rebecca becomes muddled as she surveys her previous home and gets confused as to why the furniture & fittings look different than what she was accustomed to.
Joseph Tate, who now owns the property, suddenly appears out of nowhere - and in a panic, Rebecca brandishes a golf club bordering on hitting him.

Emmerdale has a festive treat in store for ITV/STV/UTV/TV3 viewers on Christmas Day.
In a departure from traditional storytelling, the multi-award winning, Yorkshire based soap will feature an episode devoted to the characters of Aaron and Robert, or RobRon as they have affectionately become known by fans of the programme.
“Think 'Groundhog Day', and 'A Christmas Carol' with a little nod to the film 'Don’t Look Now' thrown in and that’s been our approach to the Christmas Day episode,” said Emmerdale's Series Producer, Iain MacLeod. “It’s been amazing to produce as we’re constantly thinking of ways to push the boundaries of storytelling and keep Emmerdale fresh and our loyal viewers on their toes! We’ve all acknowledged the risks of filming such a stand alone episode, but we sincerely hope the audience will appreciate we’ve tried to do something a bit different in the same way we devoted an episode to Ashley’s story last Christmas,” he added.
Terrified by what is happening to him, Robert, played by Ryan Hawley, is pushed to his limits as he continually wakes on Christmas morning to a different reality. Why can’t he escape from this perpetual nightmare? And how will his estrangement from the real love of his life, Aaron, played by Danny Miller, manifest itself?
“Apart from the scary aspect to Robert’s situation, the episode is also heartfelt and hilarious in parts,” said Iain. “Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a healthy dose of the Dingles and a comedy cameo which we hope will please our viewers. Watch out for the ghost of Christmas Future as you might recognise them!”

Tonight viewers witnessed scenes as The Dingle family said goodbye to Alfie, their beloved family dog.
After discovering he has an inoperable tumour, The Dingle family made the very difficult decision to put him down.
Alfie who plays ‘Alfie’ has been a part of the Emmerdale family for 9 years and features in the show’s current opening credits. Now aged 11, he is leaving the cast to spend his older years in retirement.
The actors who play his owners shed real tears as they said goodbye to their canine companion.
Alfie has been at the centre of some of the programme’s biggest storylines. He has played scenes where he has been poisoned, had to dig up a dead body and was treated for consuming rat poison. Last year he was run over by Diddy Diner at a vegan fair and was given the kiss of life by troubled teen Lachlan.
Alfie has many talents including barking on command and playing dead.
He'll be much missed by the cast and crew of Emmerdale who wish him a relaxing retirement.
His owner, Lynda Woodrow, explains: “We realised Alfie was getting older as his hearing is not what it was and we felt is was kinder to put Alfie into retirement before his job got too hard for him to do it well. But be reassured in real life Alfie is enjoying life in retirement.”

We said goodbye to one of Emmerdale's most controversial characters this evening as Scarlett Archer bowed out of the ITV produced soap opera after portraying Nell Fairfax for a little over five months in the programme.
Well, I say Nell Fairfax but is that her real name? My reasoning behind such a question is the way she left. Jai drove her up to an unknown house and she told him her mum was waiting, Jai drove away and Nell approached the home knocking on the door claiming her name was Holly. Did she apply the same practice with Jai? Was Nell Fairfax a pseudonym? One thing we can be sure of, is be sure of nothing.
Nell was a psychotic con-woman who manipulated her way into the life of Jai Sharma (Christopher Bisson) after reading an article about his then girlfriend, Holly Barton, who had died after a sudden overdose.
Nell lied about many things, most notably her baby daughter who had died.
Scarlett Archer portrayed neuroticism fantastically and she should be praised for her work as somebody like Nell is very complex and visceral character to pull off.
Fans of the programme praised Scarlett Archer for her work as others said their goodbyes.
This Emmerdale viewer felt that the writers could have done so much more with her (I personally agree).
This Leona Lewis supporter is happy Nell wasn't killed off...
Whereas this person is still baffled...
As twitter user, BrokenSpell77, said above. Emmerdale could have done so much more with Nell Fairfax. She had many layers to unravel and it is a shame Nell had to leave so soon after not even a year in the programme.
She certainly has unfinished business with Jai so it is possible for her to return at some point in the future.
Goodbye, Nell, you will be missed.
